A legitimate entry-level listing should explain training, probation, performance expectations and payment. Unpaid tests should be limited and must not become free production work.

Which OFM role is easiest to enter?
It depends on your existing skills. Communication can transfer to chatting or recruiting; editing and SMM require portfolio examples; analytical experience can transfer to operations or traffic roles.
Should I claim agency experience I do not have?
No. A clear beginner profile with relevant transferable skills is safer and more useful than fake experience that can fail verification.
